This Twine story was created as a test submission to Branches Interactive, using a prompt written by their editor Mingming. The prompt presented me with the known circumstances of a person's death and asked me to fill in the blanks from the victim's perspective.

In response, I made a 4k word interactive story that presents a few ways the victim's final days may have played out depending on his mindset.
